HDC residential projects are built and sold to homeowners in both the single family and condominium market. HDC has closed over $30 Million in sales in the residential market. Commercial projects built and managed by HDC are sold, leased or rented depending on the end user demands. HDC has built over 75,000 sf of commercial space in the last 5 years and secured leases for over 100 tenants. All of our properties have maintained at least a 90% occupancy rate. In 2007 HDC secured franchise rights for a flag hotel under the Wyndham Hotel chain and continues to own and manage this award winning property, Microtel Inn & Suites.
